Too late to plant bulbs?
Up here in Minneapolis, MN. I've been trying to get in some iris, daffodil, muscari, & waiting on some peony plants to arrive via delivery. It's been raining everyday since last Wed, so I haven,t been able to plant. High temps in mid 50's lows mid 40's. Wed. the 7th is suppose to be nice. Is it still ok to plant these bulbs? Thank you so much. Laura Oravez

Yes, it's the perfect time to plant. In fact, you can plant most bulbs right up until the ground is too hard to work in. I'd get the peonies in asap, but the bulbs can go in anytime before the ground freezes solid.
