non-blooming allium
I planted allium in my garden about 6 years ago and it was great the first 2 years. Since then, the leaves come out every spring, however the stalks never come up and the leaves just brown up. How can I get them to flower again?

It's possible your alliums have run out of steam. They don't last forever and often will crowd themselves to death by multiplying small bulbs around themselves over the years. Six years is a good run for an allium. I'd just plant new bulbs in the fall and toss the old ones. They will probably never do much from this point onward.
