Thanks for taking the time to write. Do you know what's bothering them --- if it's an animal or insect? Knowing what the culprit is can be very helpful.
If it's an animal, you can use a repellent such as Hot Pepper Wax or Liquid Fence; if it's an insect, you can either hand-pick the insect or spray it with a product such as insecticidal soap or neem oil (look for these at your local garden center). Note with products such as the insecticidal soap or neem oil, it needs to actually come in contact with the insect, so spraying these products when you don't see any insects around won't do much good.
