Hi, Well without knowing what's eating your plants I can't be of much help. You'll need to decide if you think the problems are caused by insects, slugs or snails (remember they dine at night) or rabbits or deer. Each group of pests has different ways to keep them at bay. Examine your plants closely and also check them at night to see if you can find any evidence of insects or other creatures.
