Arborvitae (Thuja occidentalis) can tolerate light shade. Cedrus atlantica (Atlas cedar)can take partial shade, as do some Hollies (Ilex sp.), although variegated-leaf species need full sun. Japanese umbrella pine (Sciadopitys verticillata) can grow in partial shade. Remember that whatever you plant beneath these trees will have full-shade conditions to contend with as well.
