Right soil for Weeping Cherry Tree
Is it okay to plant a Weeping Cherry Tree close to a pine and oak tree? Will the soil be too acidic? I live in Zone 8-9 and get a little snow in the winter. It will be in southern exposure. This will be my first Weeping Cherry Tree.

Weeping Cherry (Prunus x subhirtella var. pendula)is not fussy about soil, except hatit be kept moist. I am most concerned that you seem to be located in Zone 9, and the USDA recommendation is Zone 5-8 for this tree, which requires winter chill.
