Sunny flower-bed
I have a flower-bed in my front yard that the previous owners didn't really plan out, but just kind of threw in whatever they wanted. As a result, I have several established rose bushes and spring blooming bulbs / tubulars. By the time summer hits though I don't really have anything in the garden but roses. My house faces west, and I live in Utah. The garden is in full sun from the afternoon until the evening and it gets EXTREMELY hot. Any suggestions are appreciated...

I'm not sure what your question is. If you want to reorganize this bed, do so in the early spring before the plants break dormancy. Dig as much root ball as you can with each plant and move or remove them to other parts of your yard. If you have a specific question repost.
