dying Dwarf Alberta Spruce
I have a Dwarf Alberta spruce tree. My neighbor's dog has been relieving himself on it. It has started turning brown about 60%. Is there anything I can do to save it?

You may be able to dilute the effects of dog urine in the soil by watering the area heavily. However, burn to the foliage won't be remedied by watering. If the burn is just a surface burn, dormant buds in the stem may sprout out again. You may need to apply a dog repellent to prevent the dog from continuing to use the tree as a relieving station.
