Cutting back ornamental grasses
We have a garden of ornamental grasses on a hill. We've cut back the tall maiden grass, the switchgrass and the fountain grasses; plus, of course, the baby's breath and Autumn Joy stonecrops in front of the tall grasses. What I need to know is do I cut back the shorter clumps of Elijah's Blue fescue, Blue-eyed grasses and the Liriope? They look rather scraggly, but I'm not sure if or how much I should cut those back and can't seem to find any information on it. Thank You.
