no peppers on plant but a lot of blossoms
Pepper plants are full of blossoms but so far nary a pepper is to be seen. Plants are at least three feet tall.

If you have that many blossoms, there may be too many peppers trying to grow at once. After some fruits set, pinch them off to let the plant use its energy on the rest. Also, you may be using a fertilizer that is too high in nitrogen, which encourages foliage growth but doesn't help much with fruiting. I would also cool the plants off a bit by hanging shade cloth over them.
