How to get rid of or kill leaf footed bugs on my tomatoes and squash.

"Do you mean leafhoppers? These are spotted, pale green insects about 1/8-inch long. They hop or fly away when plants are disturbed. You can spray them with insecticidal soap or Ortho Tomato and Vegetable Insect Killer. Be sure to get the bottom surfaces of leaves. Repeat every 10 days until you've got them under control.
