Harvesting and Daily Maintenance: Sweet Bannana Pepper
Hi. I have a Sweet Bannana Pepper currently growing in a bed. Its not in a specific vegetable garden, rather a bed with assorted flowering plants. I was wondering how and when should I remove the peppers from the bush to eat and if there are any other tips to keep it healthy and bearing peppers for months to come? Thanks

Banana peppers can be harvested any time after they reach full size (or even slightly before). Most will eventually turn color from yellowish green to deeper yellow or yellow with a red tinge. Harvesting before the color change happens will promote faster rebloom and development of additional fruits.
