The flowers of tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants can fall off due to extremely hot conditions or from inconsistent soil moisture. If your plants are in pots, try mulching the soil surface to keep the plant from suffering from a wet and dry cycle. Flower drop is environmental in nature, generally related to weather."
