How do I care for asparagus?
I have an established asparagus patch. (new home)I harvested spears in spring and have now let is go to seed. (nice looking plants)What should I do to this patch in the fall?

Just leave them be. You can leave the foliage alone and cut it back in the early spring before they begin new growth. In the early spring, give them a light covering of compost and rotted manure and you're good to go. The key with asparagus is to keep them weeded during the summer."
