Hi, Well it depends on the variety you planted. Small varieties mature faster than long-rooted types. Most seed packs say what the days-to-harvest is, but if you don't know, I'd just pull one to see how they are doing as a sample. You'll know if it looks ready to eat or not. Generally, though, it takes more than a month for a carrot to get to harvestable size.
