Why aren't my blueberries producing?

I planted my blueberry bush approximately 5 years ago, and it is hardly producing any fruit. I counted about 5 blueberries, and the bush is about 4 1/2' tall. The leaves have black edges which seem to be curled and eating away at the leaf. Also, I notice something has been eating some of the leaves. The leaves that have black edges are also smaller than the other healthy looking leaves. What can cause this, and why isn't it producing fruit. A newer plant is producing very well.

Blackened or brown leaf edges are usually symptomatic of moisture stress. It could be that this plant has a poorly developed root system, or for some other reason is not taking up moisture properly.

You mention that the plant has few fruits. Does it bloom well? Or is the plant not blooming either?
