Rabbits Eating Petunias
I planted grasses, day lillies, and sedum around a utilities area near the driveway and street. I also included pots of sweet red peppers, geraniums, and petunias. Rabbits, or at least one rabbit that I observed, are eating the petunias right down to the top of the clay pot. How do I stop this? There is a wooded area adjacent to my lot, but several yards away from the area with the petunias.

You will have to use rabbit repellents such as dilute  Tabasco sauce or other hot pepper sauce. Or buy commercial rabbit repellent and use according to directions. Pet cats and dogs are also good rabbit and squirrel repellents if they can roam the yard and garden.
