Wet planter by the pool.
I put a saltwater pool in this year and there is a planter up next to the edge of the pool.It gets lots of water.I am looking for plants that wont get too tall and block the view, but that can handle the continuously moist soil.

Is it the salt water that is getting into the planter? If so, you may have difficulty finding plants that will tolerate not only the wet conditions, but also the highly saline soil that will develop. Most salt tolerant plants prefer dry conditions. And most water-loving plants aren't terribly salt tolerant. Calla lily, sedges, and Japanese iris would be a few to try.
