My gardener planted my caldium's too early. They were full with new sprouts. We had several cold nights and they layed down and now appear dead. Some of the sprouts look okay. Is there anything I can do?

Hi, There's nothing you can do really. All you can do is wait and see if they recover. It it wasn't very cold it may just have nipped the foliage, but not killed the tuber.
