Goldfish Pond Installation
I have made a mess trying to install and level a pre-formed asymmetrical pond in the ground. It has sloped sides and platforms on which to set potted plants, making it difficult to know how to dig for a good fit. When it rains the pond floats up. Any ideas?

Hi, Well getting a pre-formed pond level can be tricky, but is essential so water doesn't spill over the sides. I suggest you line the hole you've dug with sand to create a solid, level surface for the pond to sit on. And, once you have it level and in place, edge the pond with stones to keep it in place and make it look more natural. PLus, once it's filled with water it should not float at all due to the weight of the water.
