Drastically Pruning Overgrown Hybrid Rose Bushes
What is the most effective way to drastically trim rose bushes that haven't been touched for at least 2 years? They are overgrown and too tall for my taste, some limbs reaching 10 feet.

Hi, The best time to prune roses is in the late winter while they are still dormant. You can prune them back by about a third at that time. I would not do this while they are growing.
