HOW DO I PLANT A MANGO SEED?
Submitted by FRANCES2008

Use a fresh mango seed. Before it dries out, remove the outer husk, and plant the seed with its hump at soil level. Keep the soil warm and moist (but not wet), until the seedling germinates. Most mangoes develop two or more seedlings from each seed. Use care when transplanting to avoid breaking the taproot.
