How do you remove dry spilled paint?
My grandson poured black paint on the patio and it was covered all winter. How can I remove the paint from the floor. It is a large thick spot, I tried paint thinner and remover but neither did the trick.
If the paint is dry you can try some dry ice it will freeze it and it will pop up, or try scraping and using goof off.
