VINES
I LIVE IN ZONE 6 BUT VERY CLOSE TO ZONE 5. IS THERE A PER. VINE I CAN PLANT IN A CONTAINER THAT WOULD GET THE HOT AFTERNOON SUN? THANKS SHERI

Hi, Well most perennial vines such as trumpet vine will grow quickly in the sun, but will outgrow a container very quickly. And, in zone 5 it's not likely they'd overwinter in a container unless you were able to move the container to a very protected location. You could also try a clematis, which won't be as vigorous, but here again, it will be tough to overwinter it in a pot.
