Is it safe to eat frozen meat from a year ago?
I have a corn beef brisket that I have had for a year. It still looks good. Can I still cook it up to eat?

Hi Chyenne! Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend you cooking or eating a corned beef brisket that is that old. Raw, vacuum-sealed corned beef should be cooked after a month of freezing. Frozen, cooked corned beef should be eaten within two months. Best of luck!
