Perenial Vine ideas to provide privacy
I am looking for a perrenial vine that is a fast grower, specifically to provide privacy on a chain-link fence. I live in Denver, CO zone 5. Any suggestions? Oh and the fence gets both sun and shade depending on the section. Thanks!

Well in your area, the most prolific vine is trumpet vine, Campsis radicans. This fast growing vine develops bright orange, red or yellow flowers in mid-summer that are a hummingbird favorite. Be aware, though, that once it's established in your chain link, you will probably never be able to remove it. These vines grow thick and strong and will be almost impossible to unwind once established. The key is it needs at least 6 hours of sun a day.
