Do I need to prune Autumn Joy sedum?
I have some Autumn Joy sedum. Do I need to prune them? If so, how do I do this?

You don't need to prune Autumn Joy sedum (Hylotelephium 'Autumn Joy') to cut out the old stems that have overwintered. Remove stems as close to ground level as possible without damaging the emerging shoots. If you've had trouble with your plants getting leggy and floppy, you can pinch off the top inch or so of growth in early- to mid-spring. That will encourage the plants to stay more compact and bloom a bit later than usual.
