Where should I plant an elephant's ear?
I have an elephant's ear bulb and I'm not sure where to plant it. Can you help?

Luckily, elephant's ear (Alocasia) is easy to grow-plant yours in a shady spot that has moist soil. I've found it helpful to plant the bulb in a protected spot so the leaves don't get too tattered by wind. Because elephant's ear doesn't tolerate freezing temperatures, it isn't a perennial in most areas. You'll have to dig and store the bulb in a frost-free place after the first frost in autumn, or consider it an annual and plant a new one each year.
