My recipe calls for white chocolate with cocoa butter. How do I know it has cocoa butter?

White chocolate, which is not really chocolate at all, is typically a mixture of sugar, cocoa butter, milk solids, and vanilla. Some white baking chocolate does not contain cocoa butter and will not work properly in certain recipes. Look at the label of the package to see if cocoa butter is listed. Some recipes will not specify "with cocoa butter" and for these recipes you can use any brand of white baking chocolate.
