Frustrated with my Mulberry Tree

We have a white mulberry tree in our small patio and the fruit is everywhere! It is impossible to keep up with cleaning up after it as it goes on our table, chairs, and pavement. We can't even sit outside without having a berry fall on our head. Any solutions on how to get rid of the fruit from the tree or are we better off cutting it down? It's a beautiful tree but far too much upkeep for my small space.

There are a couple of products on the market that can cause trees to drop fruit. For a large tree, applying the spray would be neither easy nor cheap. But it's possible. The products are Florel and Fruitone. They are plant growth regulators. Cutting down the tree is the other option.
