Landscaping area between sidewalk and driveway with a slope
I have an area between my driveway and sidewalk leading to my front steps where I cannot grow grass due to a slight slope and washing (the area where they slope the sidewalk to drain when it rains goes right across this area). We cannot do a retaining wall there because of getting our boat down the driveway. I have a flower bed in front of the porch that has held up well with bricks around it. I have thought of planting the whole area to help?
It sounds as though this area is a good candidate for a groundcover that would fill in the space and prevent erosion.
