Why are my green beans not bearing fruit

I have beautiful green beans plants but no beans. The same thing happened last year. Last year I started a new raised garden and had soil brought in. Had it tested and it was in blanked for vegetables. I have planted beans before with great luck. I can't help but think it is the soil but I don't know what to do with it.

Hi, If you had a soil problem you'd see it in the plants. They'd be yellow or discolored. My guess is that it's a pollination issue. Pollination success can vary a lot due to temperature extremes, moisture and or lack of polllinating insects. Plus, beans require at least 6 to 8 hours of sun a day. I can't be sure what's going on here because I don't have a lot of information to go on.
