Lighting question for African Violets and Poinsettia plants

I live in Center Hill, FL in a single wide mobile home. I'd like to put my plants (African Violets and Poinsettia) in between 2 north windows (Windows are 8' apart) and 2 south windows 13' on the other side. Would my plants good in that environment? Your help is appreciated! Thank you, Jim

African violets like moderately bright, indirect light. A location close to the north windows would likely be good for them. Poinsettias, on the other hand need brighter light to grow. (They'll survive for quite awhile in lower light, but won't put on good new growth.) For that reason, they would do better closer to the south windows.
