Salvia Maestro ?

My Salvia Maestro are looking dried out & the blooms have died off. Are you supposed to dead head salvia? Will new blooms come out? Not sure what to expect with this plant as I've only planted once before, years ago. They are in a sunny bordered garden bed.

Yes, salvias benefit from deadheading. After blooms fade, trim them off, and new growth will push out new flowers.
