Why did my blue rose produced pink blooms?

I bought a couple of hybrid roses (can't remember the name) which supposedly produce blue flowers but when they bloomed, they were pink. Can you tell me why? Is there something I can do to make them blue the next time they bloom?

Hi, You don't say where you bought you roses or what variety you have, but it sounds like you bought mislabeled plants. Blue roses are really not blue in the true sense of the word. They border on lavender, but if your roses are very pink, then they were mislabeled. There is nothing you can do to change the flower colors.
