Unusual Weed...

I have a perenial 'weed' in my garden I am trying to identify. It grows about 1-1 half feet tall, skinny leaves on a stalk to a single yellow daisy like flower. It is a short root system that pulls out easily and when the stem is broken or snapped it oozes a sticky milk. Any clue??? - Audrey
