How can I get rid of oxalis in my tall fescue lawn?

What's the best way to get rid of oxalis in my tall fescue lawn? And when can I do so?

Control oxalis, an annual broadleaf weed, with a pre-emergence weed-and-feed product formulated for the pest. The main crop of oxalis seeds germinates in spring, but new plants will germinate throughout the growing season. Control these late-germinating plants (and any rogue plants the pre-emergence product misses) with a post-emergence broadleaf herbicide in late spring and again in midsummer.
