climbing flower or vine

I.m looking for a climbing flower or vine to pot next to a stucco wall. We are in the desert, and need something that will hold up in our hot summer sun. We tried Cat's Claw one summer, but it didn't hold up very well. Thank you

Thanks for writing. In your area, you might try bougainvillea, queen's wreath, or sandpaper vine. There are also some varieties of passionflower that are native to hot, dry areas of Mexico that should do really well for you.
