Sow scallions directly in the garden when soil temp. reaches 50 degrees F. or start indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Radishes can be sown sfter the last hard frost. Make successive plantings every 10 days for an ongoing supply--radishes mature in only 25 to 40 days. You also can make successive plantings of scallions.
