Vegetable garden box

I live in southeastern michigan and I want to grow a vegtable garden. I was wondering what the best way to build a wooden box for the garden would be. I have 2 smaller tomato plants, broccoli, bell peppers, some garlic, chili peppers, and a few other things. What size would you suggest? Also, I've always wanted to get a lime tree but I know they wont do well in michigan. Is there a way to get a dwarf one and grow it indoors during the cold seasons?

"Look at this story on our web site on how to build a raised bed for vegetables:

There are dwarf lime trees that can be grown in containers in the north. Many mail order seed and nursery catalogs carry them. You could also search online nursery catalogs for dwarf lime trees."
