"my tomatoes in pots in redmond oregon , now that it is getting to 80-90, should I move the pots to the shade in the heat of the day? they have blooms but no tomatoes yet, is it better the water twice a day? When they have tomatoes should I water differently? "

Your tomatoes need full sun, and consistent moisture. Leave the pots in full sun. You should only need to water daily, unless the pots are drying out too quickly. Moist, but not soggy is what you're aiming for. Allowing them to get dry and wilted is not good either. You have tomatoes soon!
