Tomatoe

Why would the leaves on my tomatoe plants curl up? We have had plenty of rain, so they are not thirsty.

Hi,

Thanks for writing. There are a few reasons that could cause tomato leaf curl, including:

  • Pesticide damage
  • Heavy feeding by whiteflies, mealybugs, aphids, or other insects
  • Inconsistent watering (a period of drought followed by a period of consistently wet soil)
  • A virus infecting the plant
