Shade loving vegies

I'd love a vegetable garden, but I'm limited a couple/few hours of sunlight a day because I'm surrounded by taller buildings. What vegetables do best in this condition?

Hi, Well all vegetables really require at least 6 to 8 hours of direct sunshine a day so your options may be a bit limited. However, you could probably try leaf crops such as spinach, arugula, mustard and lettuce. Since you harvest the leaves of these crops, you should be able to eat whatever sprouts because you won't need to wait for these veggies to produce any sort of fruit.
