second crop

I live in SE NC & have raised beds vegetable gardens.Most of the veggies have been harvested.Now ,because of the long growing season,I want to plant a second crop.What do you reccomend I do or add to the raised beds to revitalize the soil for the 2nd crop .Will Whiteman sidekick3004@yahoo.com

If possible, I'd add a layer of compost or rotted manure to the area and till it in. Then, I'd plant salad crops, cole crops, and some green beans. "
