You should plan to harvest these onions in spring. Walla Wallas form bulbs based on daylength/light level. Your onions, if replanted, may bolt in spring due to the fact that they've already gone through a whole year cycle, so keep an eye on them; if signs of bolting appear, harvest quickly. Many times the overwintered onions end up with thick necks. If this occurs, they won't store well; harvest and use those first. Sow new starts this spring. Enjoy your onions!
