non-ripening tomatoes

"I live in Western NY(near Buffalo). We have had a cool summer and a lot of rain. I have tomato plants with a lot of tomatoes on them but they are not ripening. What can/should I do?"

Well all you can do is wait for the weather to warm up. That's been the problem this year across the East and Midwest. Cool wet weather is not a tomatoes favorite type of climate. As the temps heat up, the fruit should ripen.
