Leaves Turning Yellow on Tomato plant

I have 3 tomato plants and on one plant only, the leaves are turning yellow. The plant seems healthy and the tomatoes are growing but I've never seen this before. What could it be and what do I do about it?

Your tomato plant may have been hit by a late blight. To protect the other plants, get a spray product that controls diseases on vegetables. Use it once a week for three to four weeks. At the end of the season, wash any trellises or other supports with a ten-percent chlorine solution. Next year, do not plant tomatoes in the same spot. Look for tomato varieties with V, F, N or T after their names. They are resistant to early-blight viruses.
