Hi,

Thanks for writing. Is your lilac in full sun? The plants do best with at least 6 hours of sunlight a day.

Do you prune your lilac? If so, try stopping for a couple of years. Pruning at the wrong time of year can remove the developing flowerbuds before you have a chance to see them.
