Cherry peppers not changing color and skin cracking
Thanks for writing. Without being able ot see your peppers, I can't say for sure what's going on. Has the weather rbeen unusual lately? That can have a big effect on the way peppers ripen, especially if it's been hotter, colder, or wetter than normal.
It's not uncommon for peppers to get kind of a ridged, crackled-looking texture as they ripen. This doesn't affect the flavor in any way.
