What evergreens are wind, sun, and salt tolerant?

Moving from beautiful/Heavily landscaped home for past 11 years to a waterfront, Sound/near gulf front condo. Balcony top floor/4th, faces south and east. Need to know what can be grown. Need some guidance on evergreens for privacy on side balconies. and flowering plants. It looks like everyone else's plants are DEAD. Thanks for your help.

Some plants that are salt tolerant, both of salt spry and salt in the soil are: Norfolk Island pine, bougainvillea, natal plum, fan palm, oleander, and rosemary.
